NIC Hyderabad marked International Women’s Day with the inaugural She Leads Women Entrepreneurs Awards 2025, celebrating the outstanding achievements of female founders in our entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In a first for the incubator, award winners were determined through community voting, highlighting the democratic spirit of the event and the strong public support for women-led ventures in Hyderabad.

The community selected three exceptional entrepreneurs for the top honors:
People’s Choice Award: Inshrah Zia, recognized for her remarkable impact and strong public resonance
Fearless Founder Award: Maryam Sheikh, celebrated as the youngest female founder at NIC Hyderabad
Rising Star Award: Masooma Bahram, acknowledged for her promising trajectory and innovative approach
Additional recognition was given to women making significant contributions in specialized areas:
Inflation Warrior: Aisha Zakir (Griftx)
Digital Commerce Disruptor: Maryam Shehzad (Dexter Technologies)
Transportation Barrier Breakers: Aqsa and Salwa (Women Wheelz)

The celebration featured interactive activities including power badge creation and affirmation exchanges, fostering a supportive environment that emphasized the importance of women supporting women in the entrepreneurial journey.
