Our incubation Process covers an entrepreneur’s journey in four stages. In addition to the four stages, accelerate stage is added for companies that have a potential of fast growth, helping them raise capital and put them on track for rapid growth.

Germinate

Inspire, nurture and develop early stage ideas and analyze if it can be transformed into a potentially scalable idea for a product or service targeting a market that is poised to generate value. The startups have an ambitious idea or a potential scalable product or service idea but lack the right balance of skills in the team. The challenge the startup solves for the industry is key in determining the success or failure of the proposed solution afterwards. However, it’s highly unlikely that the initial idea comes close to the final MVP in this stage. It’s necessary to assess the severity of the idea to evaluate the cost of the opportunity, as well as to consider other alternatives and competitors.

Pre-Incubate

Pre Incubation stage mainly focuses on ideation stage. During this period, the entrepreneur assesses and validates early assumptions, engages customers early on and gets ready for MVP. Entrepreneurs in the pre-incubation process get specific training and mentoring to understand whether their ideas are viable, commercializable, and scalable. Incubate

Incubation stage includes everything from the creation of the company to the stabilization of its business model. In this stage, the businesses are considered to have attracted funding and are expected to continue.

Accelerate

In this process, the product is created, and the commercialization process begins but startups have difficulties in gaining market share and globalization. These problems can be solved with the help of acceleration programs during this phase to grow the startup as fast as possible. The focus of the accelerator stage is on rapid growth and to sort out all organizational, operational, financial and strategic difficulties of the business.
